I picked up those cord clips at Jimmy Buttons in Fitzroy in Melbourne last year – they don’t have an online store but I found something similar at http://www.mrechtonline.com.au/cgi-bin/collab/app?pg=view&id=2006&op=shop&zc=no&ca=7413 if that helps. I love your hood idea and really would like to copy, but am having problems finding the cord clips in Sydney (well I should say I can find black and white, but I would like clear like you have used or even navy), can you let me know where you sourced yours from please.

What a great idea about the hood! I think that would definitely solve the problem I have with mine. If only it weren’t too late for me do the same with mine.

Hello! I came from Tasia’s sewalong to see your hood, as I was considering doing the same. It looks great and I love the fabric you’ve chosen.
I’m using a coated cotton, and I hope to work on sealing the seams once the tape arrives from the UK. Your posts are really helpful.
